ALL Running sessions meet inside The Cluntergate Centre, Cluntergate, Horbury,WF4 5DA unless stated otherwise on the calendar.

  • MONDAYS:

6:30pm start (Intermediates 4-7km)

NEW SESSION – Scissett Striders: Starts 9th April 2018

0-5km beginners running course taking you up to running 5km over 8 weeks. Meeting inside Scissett leisure centre @ 7pm. For more information and to book your course place check out the Course page.

 


  • WEDNESDAYS:

7:30pm start (Intermediates) This is the men’s running session. Distances will vary according to attendance.

 


  • THURSDAYS:

6:30pm start (6-8km)

 


All running sessions are £1 PAYG or Free with Comets membership (currently £25 per year)

Please note that this is based on the current running group. For new members who are total beginners the FIT, FUN, FIVE course which starts with walk/runs and builds up from there would be the best option. This is to ensure you build up slowly to avoid injury. Once the course is completed you can join any of the other Comets sessions.
